Marketing Manager

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing the strategic marketing plans for the organisation.


Day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to;

  •  Development and execution of marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  •  Development and preparation of online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  •  Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  •  Market research to ascertain the viability of proposed channels/services
  •  Liaising with media, PR and advertising agencies
  •  Coordinating social media activities for EA / Marketing Assistant
  •  Development of Brand and Corporate Identity
  •  Input into pricing/sales strategy
  •  Management of the company marketing budget
  •  Organising/attending events

  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  •  Good copywriting skills
  •  Confident and dynamic personality
  •  Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  •  Budget-management skills and proficiency
  •  Able to work proactively
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  •  Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design,
    production, etc.
  • Experience/interest in Mental Health/healthcare



  • CIM qualification desirable, will accept QBE
